I joined this project-study because I’m a believer in neuroscience and when I discovered that it is a study based on finding out more about the brain, I said to myself: ‘You must participate in this and you should contribute.’
To participate in a whole group that has a common motivation, which is brain health … well, the truth is that it’s an opportunity.
For us to maintain our motivation in the project, I think it is linked to or has to do with the fact that, since we are interested in the brain, we have information, or access to information, about the developments that neuroscience might be making; that can provide us with information on how we can improve our mental health but, above all, that enables us to realize the plasticity of the brain and that we can learn how to work our brain.
