"Loneliness is as harmful to health as smoking 15 cigarettes a day"

This neurologist and professor at Harvard University has just published, together with researchers Álvaro Fernández Ibáñez and David Bartrés-Faz, El cerebro que cura (Plataforma Editorial), a book in which he explains some of the results obtained in the Barcelona Brain Health Initiative that he directs and that is promoted by the Institut Guttmann with the support of Obra Social "la Caixa".
