I have known people who have problems or who have a degenerative disease that affects the brain. So I thought: maybe we have to participate to do some prevention.
In life there can always be problems, there can always be obstacles. But depending on how you take your life, depending on how you take things, you can do better.
Try to always see the good part of things. When there is a scale, try to see the glass half full rather than half empty.
Value the beautiful things in life that sometimes happen in your day to day. A smile, someone you don´t know who smiles at you on the street. Or when your daughter says “I love you mum” before going to sleep. Well, that is a treasure.
