For me the key to maintaining your wellbeing over the years is consistency and habits: in sport, diet and rest. The important thing is to live a long time but with quality of life.
The way you face life, whether positively or negatively, all that will affect your wellbeing. Being curious about things, knowing that there is much to learn, there are always things to learn, I think that is what keeps you young. You need to make sure that when you get older you can continue enjoying time with your children, with your grandchildren, but in good health.
The more information we have, the more we will be able to take care of ourselves and the more good habits we will learn in order to be in an optimal physical and mental state.
That they give us tools to understand how we can improve our brain capacity… that is one of the most important things for a human being.
For a start, you will be able to know your state of brain health, and that is a gift. And then they give you tools, so it is a gift to participate.
I encourage people to participate because life is very long and it’s about enjoying it.
