The healthy living habits I have are mainly those we have always talked about and everyone knows. I try to sleep for 7 or 8 hours a day. And eat a varied diet and at the right times A good mix of proteins, carbohydrates, fats. Basically, all I learned during my sports career. And, above all, I do sport three or four times a week. Not too much but on a very regular basis.
I try to keep the same habits now that I’m not competing as when I was competing. Why? Because I feel much better, much stronger.
I think having a trainer is basic, they motivate you, they give you discipline, they teach you how to do the exercises. It’s basic to have someone to guide you.
Our future is here, it is in the head. We are what we are and we really have to take care of it. I believe that the most important message is that we have to take care of our body, but not only the body, above all our most vital and most important organ which is our head. And, therefore, we must participate in initiatives like this to be better, to live longer and, above all, with a better quality of life.
