On a personal level, everything I can learn for me is already a 10. But also globally. If this can take us somewhere, you can change a habit, it can become a guideline to follow, I find it very interesting.
And how you reach to aeging. If you can change a habit as easy as eating or physical exercise to reach that age better, it’s necessary because, in the end, we will all get there. As it is not something of a few, it is general, it is for the everyone. And if you can really reach a general understanding and we can change habits and guidelines and get better, then that would be great.
