After weeks of home confinement due to the situation caused by the Covid-19 coronavirus pandemic, the time finally comes when you can return to physical activity on the street. But the return to exercise and sport should be gradual and not leave home to “give it all” from the first minute. We give you 5 recommendations for this long-awaited moment.
First of all, we should differentiate between different profiles: depending on the level of physical condition, whether or not physical exercise was performed during the confinement phase, the physical and emotional state of the practitioners. These are factors that will determine the guidelines to follow for each person.
