Javier Solana collects the diploma from the IMPULSA-LLAVOR program

The BBHI researcher and technology coordinator, Javier Solana, attended last December 13 the closing ceremony of the Advanced Program in Science Based Entrepreneurship IMPULSA-LLAVOR. Solana has participated in this program as an entrepreneurial researcher of the Brain Health Coaching App project. This project is serving to improve the application of coaching for the promotion of healthy lifestyle habits, that will be validated during next year. Specifically, the course that closed last Friday with a total duration of 120 hours, has consisted of training sessions related to entrepreneurship, business models, communication and marketing. The objective is to improve the technological transfer to the market so that the solutions in the field of research do not remain in pilot tests but actually reach society through viable services.

Brain Health Coaching App

During this year 2019, the technical and usability validation of the first version has begun and it will continue during 2020. The Brain Health Coaching App project is co-funded by the Generalitat of Catalonia and the European General Development Fund (FEDER), with a grant amount of € 100,000 (file number: 2018-PROD-00172), which will allow us to undertake some of the necessary developments to improve the functionalities of the application and the coach's portal, and thus carry out the validation pilots of the technological solution and innovative coaching services in the field of brain health.
